2014 Honda Pilot Engine :
At the 2014 Honda Pilot engine will use 3.2 liter V-6 engine mated that will produce 250 horsepower, awesome. The spent fuel New Pilot is pretty good, it proved with a variable displacement function which closes select cylinder while at cruising speeds. A five-speed automatic transmission is standard, with all-wheel-drive (AWD) is optional. Handling is balanced, and affords Pilot travel quite smooth on all but the most pockmarked pavement. 2014 Honda pilot plant will be one of the 6-liter internal combustion engine and a 220 HP air force. 100 percent deliberately economical than many precursors.
The Pilot remains one of the
safest vehicles in any class, with top crash-test results from both the
federal government and the IIHS in frontal and side tests. The rather
high seating position and boxy proportions afford a better outward view
compared to many other curvier modern crossover designs. Honda has recently announced a series of recalls, affecting the Pilot going many years back, for airbag, parking brake, and fuel system issues.
2014 Honda Pilot Price:
2014 Honda Pilot Price:
The 2014 Honda Pilot is expected to remain the same as its model-year 2013 levels, which means front-drive models should be rated at 18/25/21 mpg city/highway/combined, with AWD models at 17/24/20 mpg. Prices for the 2014 Honda Pilot should increase by only a token amount over their model-year 2013 levels. That means a base LX model should start at around $30,750, with the volume-selling EX at about $32,500, the leather-upholstered EX-L at about $34,750, and the fully loaded Touring, which includes a rear entertainment array and navigation system, at around $41,000 (all prices include the manufacturer’s destination charge, which should again be around $830).
Add about another $1,600 for AWD-equipped versions of the above models. We don’t expect Honda will offer any standalone options for the 2014 Pilot other than a navigation system for around $2,000 and a rear DVD system for about $1,600 on the EX-L models. The Honda Pilot is expected to receive a full redesign for the 2015 model year. While the vehicle’s basic size and proportions won’t likely change, expect what could be radically different exterior styling that swaps contemporary curves and creases for the current generation’s upright and boxy militaristic look. The car’s interior will likewise add overall refinement and can be expected to again seat up to eight passengers depending on the seating configuration.
